On March 15th, Chairman Zhang Yunlong signed a cooperation agreement on mine operation general contracting project on behalf of Xinhai Mining and Zhangjiakou Sheng'an Mining. Xinhai Mining will be responsible for the full process construction from infrastructure projects such as shafts and ramps to subsequent mining.
