Xinhai's intelligent mine equipment production plant covers an area of about 110,000 m² and can produce large-scale mine machinery such as ball mills with a diameter of less than 7 meters. The factory has more than 40 cranes of different specifications including 200 tons, 100 tons, 50 tons, 32 tons, and 16 tons, as well as over 1,000 large, medium, and small processing equipment, including 100-ton CNC floor-type boring and milling machines, φ8-meter gear hobbing machines, φ8-meter, φ7-meter, φ4-meter CNC double-column vertical lathes, φ6×10-meter floor-type cylinder lathes, 4-meter×2-meter CNC gantry mills, upper roller universal plate rolling machines (maximum plate thickness of 50 mm), 20,000-watt laser cutting machines, welding robots, and more.

Strong Equipment Manufacturing Capability

Xinhai can produce more than 1,000 types of equipment for mining, processing, and smelting, providing complete main and auxiliary equipment for mines with a scale of less than 50,000 tons/day. It can produce large-scale mining machinery such as ball mills with a diameter of less than 7 meters.

Xinhai's production base has hundreds of machining equipment for turning, milling, planing, grinding, boring, drilling, stamping, welding, rolling, and shearing. It also independently developed special processing machine tools for ball mills, specialized disassembly and assembly equipment for bearings and pulleys, and more than a dozen specialized mining machinery processing equipment. Additionally, Xinhai is equipped with a dedicated sandblasting and painting workshop for rust and corrosion prevention treatment of mine equipment to ensure equipment quality and extend its service life.

Moreover, Xinhai has equipped itself with a complete set of CNC production equipment, including digital laser cutting machines, automatic welding robots, TKG6920/L100 CNC floor-type boring and milling machines, CKXD5280X40/100 CNC double-column vertical lathes and milling machines, YKW31800A CNC gear hobbing machines, CK6150 CNC lathes, 3m*21m/120T digital truck scales, 4020 CNC gantry mills, etc., continuously pushing forward the digital production process of the enterprise.

Supersonic Vortex Machine and Dry Magnetic Separation Equipment R&D Base

Xinhai focuses on the development of the Supersonic Vortex Machine, a pioneering device both domestically and internationally that utilizes 'pneumatic acoustics' for high-speed pulverization and drying. This equipment can achieve air pressure of 1035 MPa and speeds of 900 to 1000 km/h during the pulverization process, generating extreme vortices, air pressure, and sound pressure to achieve material pulverization and drying. The material fineness can be crushed to less than 150 mesh in a single pass, primarily producing powder. This equipment is suitable for most industries involving material processing, including crushing and beneficiation, cement manufacturing, and coal processing. Currently, Xinhai has applied for 30 patents for this equipment, including 13 invention patents and 17 utility model patents.

Xinhai has innovatively developed a complete set of dry magnetic separation equipment, which can complete rough selection, scavenging, concentration, and concentrate purification in one time, increasing the iron ore grade to 62% to 65% and above.

By combining the Supersonic Vortex Machine system and the dry magnetic separation equipment system, Xinhai can achieve dry grinding and separation of iron ore, providing new solutions for areas lacking water resources, port iron ore reprocessing, and limonite processing.
