It is worth mentioning that the First-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Mine Engineering Construction is an important qualification in the field of mine construction in China, with high difficulty in obtaining it. It requires the company to meet criteria such as having a net asset of over 100 million yuan, a technical team of at least 300 people with complete professional qualifications, technical leaders having more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management and holding senior titles in mine engineering, and recent experience in undertaking large-scale engineering construction general contracting or main engineering contracting projects, with a long certification cycle. Therefore, obtaining this qualification undoubtedly proves that Xinhai possesses high-level professional technical and management capabilities in the field of mine engineering, with sufficient strength to undertake large and complex mine engineering projects.

Taking the Zimbabwe 2 MTPA Lithium Mine Project as an example, Xinhai formulated a strict construction plan and ensured construction progress through the coordination of the project team. At the peak of the project construction, Xinhai dispatched a team of up to 423 people from China to the project site and hired over 1,000 local employees, achieving local employment by integrating local expertise with Xinhai's technical capabilities. These measures ensured that the project went from testing to successful trial production within a year, fully demonstrating Xinhai's speed in the implementation and execution of large and complex projects.

Henan 1800TPD Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold Polymetallic Ore Flotation Expansion EPC Project

In the Henan 1800TPD Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold Polymetallic Ore Flotation Expansion Plant project, Xinhai primarily provided mine EPC services. These services included Experimental Design, Complete Equipment Manufacturing and Installation, Engineering Construction, Steel Structure Fabrication and Installation (plant and steel platforms), and Process Commissioning. This project is a general contracting expansion for a Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold polymetallic ore, aiming to increase the plant processing capacity. Currently, Xinhai has completed the Mine Design and Mine Engineering Construction Design for this project. Due to the short project duration, Xinhai simultaneously dismantled the existing plant and carried out reconstruction and expansion. Xinhai has already stationed at the project site to commence Mine Engineering Construction.
