The planned area of Xinhai Mineral Comprehensive Utilization Test and Pilot Center is about 1,500 square meters. Xinhai Mining Design Institute has professional SolidWorks 3D design software and PDM design management system, which can carry out conventional ore dressing plant design, mobile ore dressing plant design, 3D ore dressing plant design and modular steel structure ore dressing plant production line design, that is, various reinforced concrete ore bins, pools, platforms, equipment supports, funnels, chutes, etc. above the surface can be designed and manufactured into modular steel structures, which can be assembled flexibly on the mine site, which not only reduces the workload and construction time of civil engineering, but also reduces investment and is easy to disassemble and move.

Xinhai has two mining machinery equipment manufacturing bases that can provide a full set of main and auxiliary equipment for mining production below 50,000 tons/day. The workshops are equipped with 200-ton and 100-ton European cranes, 200t, 100t, 50t, 32t, 16t cranes totaling more than 30 cranes, large-scale processing equipment including 80t CNC floor-standing milling and boring machines, φ8m gear hobbing machines, φ8000 gear hobbing machines, φ10m CNC double-column vertical lathes, and 5 6000-20000W laser cutting machines, which can produce large-scale mining machinery such as ball mills with a diameter of less than 7 meters.
