01Common problems in zircon-titanium ore development

At present, our country's titanium zircon resources are highly dependent on foreign countries, and the price of imported zircon-titanium ore is high, which is greatly affected by sea freight prices and market prices. 1. 100% comprehensive recycling

100% comprehensive recycling, accurate recycling of useful minerals, no tailings discharge! Based on the traditional project that can only recycle ilmenite and zircon, the Shandong zircon-titanium ore project has optimized the process flow, using the differences in magnetism, specific gravity, particle size, and conductivity between minerals to accurately recycle 15 kinds of useful minerals, and realize the refined comprehensive recycling of all valuable minerals.

2. Automation and intelligence

04Innovative technology for low-grade ilmenite

1. New crushing and grinding technology

Xinhai Mining replaced the conventional crusher with a high-pressure roller mill with large single processing capacity and high equipment operation rate, and grinded the ore to 1-0mm with high-pressure rollers, which truly achieved more crushing and less grinding in the ore dressing plant.

2. Ultra-fine powder ore dry separation technology
Xinhai Mining adopts ultra-fine powder ore dry separation technology, and the -1mm dry separation tailing rate reaches 50%, which not only reduces the amount of ore entering the mill and reduces the power consumption of the mill; it also reduces the pressure of the tailings pond stacking and reduces the area occupied by the tailings pond, making the mine green and environmentally friendly.

3. Titanium "strong magnetic + flotation" process
This process can enrich low-grade titanium to a floatable level before flotation, and then select it through a high-concentration flotation titanium process. The conventional flotation concentration is 30-40%, the high-concentration flotation concentration is 45%, and the ultra-high concentration flotation concentration used in this project is 50-60%, with good titanium selection effect and reliable technology.

4. Vertical mill regrinds titanium coarse concentrate

Vertical mill is a vertically installed fine grinding equipment with a stirring device. This equipment can grind finely and efficiently to prevent over-grinding; it is easy to install and occupies a small area; it has low vibration and low noise during operation, which can improve the working environment.
