01 Gold oxide primary mixed ore gravity separation + flash flotation process
Flash flotation is used to recover easy-to-float gold-bearing ore in advance, obtain qualified gold concentrate products, and reduce gold losses.
02 Flash flotation process for easy-recovery gold ore
◆Insist on timely flotation of high concentration and coarse particle size, early recovery of target minerals and increase the recovery rate of valuable minerals.

03 Innovative beneficiation process for easy-to-grind and hard-to-grind mixed gold ore
For difficult-to-separate ore, Xinhai Mining generally uses ultra-fine grinding + multi-stage separation to increase the recovery rate. Xinhai Mining adopts fine-grinding and flotation, the first-stage medium concentrate and the first-stage sweeping concentrate are combined to carry out the high-grade "medium ore regrinding and re-separation" process. In this way, it is not necessary to grind all the ore to -325 mesh, and most of the concentrate can be recovered at -200 mesh. Particles with finer embedded size are reground and re-separated in high-grade medium ore, which greatly reduces the cost and improves the comprehensive recovery rate.
