million tons;
(2) Nonferrous sand mines with an annual output exceeding 1 million tons, or
nonferrous vein mines with an annual output exceeding 600,000 tons;
(3) Coal mine projects with an annual output exceeding 1.2 million tons, or
coal washing projects with an annual output exceeding 3 million tons;
(4) Phosphate mines, pyrite mines with an annual output exceeding 600,000
tons, or uranium mines with an annual output exceeding 300,000 tons;
(5) Gypsum mines, quartz mines with an annual output exceeding 200,000 tons,
or limestone mines with an annual output exceeding 700,000 tons, and other
building materials mining projects.
4. Scope of Contracted Projects
Enterprises with first-level qualifications are authorized to undertake the
construction of various types of mining projects.
Currently, China has 10 enterprises with special qualifications for general
mining contracting and 406 enterprises with first-level qualifications,
