The Guizhou 700tpd gold ore tailings dry stacking project was undertaken by Xinhai Mining. According to the gold tailings volume and tailings properties of the project, Xinhai Mining designed a thickener + filter press gold tailings dry stacking process. The tailings are pumped to the thickener by the slurry pump for thickening, and the thickener underflow enters the filter press for dehydration to achieve tailings dry stacking. The overflow of the filter press and thickener is sent to the previous flotation workshop for recovery.
2. Mongolia 120tpd gold tailings cyanide removal plant
The tailings in this project are tailings after cyanide leaching and filtration. Because the minerals contain water and cyanide, they need to be removed. The tailings from the disc filter are sent to the high-efficiency stirring tank for slurry mixing, and bleaching powder and water are added for full stirring. The mixed slurry enters the double-blade stirring tank for cyanide removal. The slurry that meets the standards is sent to the filter press for dehydration, and the filtrate is sent to the high-efficiency stirring tank for mixing.
